I've got the TurboLife FMIC and am going to buy a HKS SSQV BOV. I'm going to do the turkey kill setup, but can't figure out which flange to buy. You have to buy the flange seperate right? I searched the forums and am now looking at this webpage:

http://www.hksusa.com/products/more.asp?id=795

Which flange is the right one?

Thanks in advance.

You need one like this

and install it on your cold pipe.
After that, you'll still need to enlarge your cai recirculation pipe for a larger one. then the turkey shall die.

Or just relocate the MAF anywhere you like on the Cold pipe (just nor too close to the Intake manifold, and mount the BOV anywhere you like. The hot pipe is a good spot.

Thanks for your responses but, what I would really like to know is which flange should I get? There are several diameter sizes to choose from, which is the one I want?

TiPapoute:

If I go to the website that contains the image you linked to, this is what I find:

Can someone agree that, that flange is gonna be ok? I haven't been able to find much information, the descriptions on these items are vague and have no information on dimensions.

Yes it will fit, you'll need a o-ring to make it air-tight and a C-clamp to hold it tight. That and an aluminium welder, costed me around 60$ to get it weld on the cold pipe.
You'll be much better off installing the bov on the coldpipe rather than the hot pipe.
and if you ever wanna relocate your MAF on the cold pipe, use this setting: throttle body-->MAF-->BOV. If you inverse the MAF and BOV you won't be able to use your bov vented to atmosphere. Even thought I don't really believe that relocating your MAF is a good idea.

I think it's 60mm. Make sure you get the right flange material, too.

Aluminum pipes = aluminum flange. Steel pipes = steel flange.

Well maybe this will help b/c i experience this yesterday. I have a pipe that i can run in replacement of the stock hot pipe with a greddy type S bov. I ran it and it sounded very low and i hear air coming from my intake so that made me think that ither the bov was bad or all the air wasn't coming out or the air is no getting out b/c the bov is located on the hot pipe therefor the air on the cold pipe wasn't getting to it on time to make out therefor making its way out thru the intake. so i intall another bov to see if it was maybe the bov. But the same happen. So i intall the bov on the cold pipe and man that thing sounded loud and i couldn't hear any air coming out of intake any more.So i personally think that it matters where you put the bov. Im no an expert so don't question me im just implying what i experince. But some one could tell me if this was the reason i experience it or is there something else that could of made this happen.
