Wastegate or Unichip issue?

My turbo sêems to be underb00sting about 1 psi. The HKS BOV is really quiet compared to normal. I also have a loud whistling noise like a kettle comming from the Wastegate area. I can't pinpoint it.

When I pinch the Unichip b00st silenoid #2 wire the sound goes away.

Any idea?

definitely the wastegate. I would do a check and blow into the wastegate hose and see if you can blow air through, if you can, that is your problem.
