For me it was a bad spark plug, Had a hairline crack in the porcelain.

It's called fuel cut. It's a common flaw. Upgrade the WGA. Done.

so should i do the air test on the wga to see if that is the problem

It is the problem, just replace it. Get the forge or atp unit. The forge unit is nice cause you you can swap out springs and adjust the rod for basically any combo of Psi and preload. it Just cost a bit more.

^How can you determine this without knowing anything!?
How does a wga upgrade eliminate fuelcut?
When you say high boost what psi?
Jumpy under decel can be a vac leak but if the wga diaphram was torn boost would be lower than normal.

When I was doing all my research for the same issue found on my car, Everything pointed in the same direction. After the WGA swap issue gone. He's describing what everyone else that upgraded the WGA was describing to the tee. It's a known fault.
Some went with the JoeP FCD but personally I think the stock fuel Cut is a good safe guard.

(uhm)(uhm)if i had a vac leak would it show on my gauge because when at idle it shows 23-25 and when i use boost the needle jumps back and forth a little till i get to 5k rpm - 6k rpm then it stops around 7 psi .(uhm)

if your boost needle is jumping back and forth while boosting rather than just solidly showing a single increasing number then you either have a vacuum leak or a faulty wastegate
more than likely it is the wastegate
but before you just buy a new wastegate you can test it....take the vacuum line leading to the wastegate and blow into it...if it doesn't feel like a brick wall then your wastegate is bad, usually if its to the point that you are describing it should be pretty easy to tell if it is bad
if it is fine then take carb cleaner and spray it around the intake manifold to see if it bogs the engine at all, this can help you source where the leak is
good luck!

I think its 3/16 for most all of the fittings on the manifold, however I believe you are correct that the bpv nipple is bigger....you could either get a setup up conversion from small to slightly larger from autozone and then use the right size vacuum line, or do what I did and just use the smaller vacuum line and fuss with it for a few minutes until it finally stretches and slides on lol
either way works, though obviously the first will work best
if you are still having trouble check all of your couplers (if you have hardpipes) and check that your injectors are sealing up to the manifold/head properly (if you have removed the manifold or fuel rail at all)....I had this issue myself, if you do remove the fuel rail though because of that be sure that your injector o-rings are still in tact cause they break easy
good luck bro, I hate vacuum leaks with a passion...but what I hate more is when its a problem you cannot find the source of
edit:
please let us know what mods you have and what work you have had done on the car (even if it isn't upgrading parts)

unless you relocate you maf, you will have stalling issues with that blow off valve
I dont think that there is a way to recirculate that one I believe, but I could be wrong...if you can recirculate it and dont feel like hacking up your intercooler piping to relocate the maf then just run it recirculated instead
as for the mods, check ALL of your couplers and scrutinize the welds on your front mount (and anywhere where it looks like it might be rubbing against something metal) to see if you can spot any leaks....kinda hard to see them usually, but sometimes that is the case as well...for the vacuum lines, use the carb cleaner trick to find any cracked lines and replace those first until you get more vacuum hose
