I'm thinking of buying some cross-drilled rotors but I'm not sure what brand so I'm asking you guys, What is the best brand for the price when it comes to rotors?
thanks! (thumb)

stick with regular NON-slotted or NON-drilled for best performance. get some Centrics

The stock style rotors are better than slotted or drilled?

there's no need for that other crap. smooth rotors, and some good pads are more than good for street use.

There is minimal, if any, gain in performance with a slotted or drilled rotor when used on the street. Drilled rotors can actually increase stopping distance and cause pads to wear faster. Slotted rotors can reduce stopping distance, but not by any noticeable margin while providing nearly the same pad wear as a solid disc.
Slotted/drilled rotors are definitely a cosmetic mod more than anything, but if you do get a slotted or drilled rotor opt for the slotted (especially if you trying to go cheap, as drilled rotors are more apt to crack from use of poor materials/manufacturing practices.
Centric rotors are good and they manufacture both the Stop Tech and PowerSlot brands of discs.

Oh wow, thanks for the detailed description. I'm glad I didn't just go and buy some, I'd be pissed if I realized they didn't help my stopping or made it worse.

Are those real brembos? Is it worth buying? Also can i get any set of 4x100 rotors? Isnt rotor thickness important because that can alter the offset of the wheel?
Man i was looking arounf at other places online, and i see protege garage has seemed to stop selling turbo kits. Why dont high boost mark the thign down, its not selling. :- /
