Can you get/have/know what these are?

I saw them on a white Civic that wasn't an Si but had the exhaust and said Mugen with a stripe on the side. Thought these would look kinda cool on a 3.

I have no idea what those are, but you can check out the rota grid and boost, they are similar

i have those exact rims on my car, minus the stickers on the rims
