i had a cel but i thought it was cause i messed with the emissions when the fuse blew the temp gauge went up but the motor felt warm to touch like normal and the coolant did not over flow theres a clicking sound but its been there sense i bought the car 3 yrs ago

depends on where that clicking noise is coming from... i've heard piston slap described as such a noise.

agreed.... mine had some clicking noises too for about 3 months... was burning oil... but only about a quart a week... clicking turned into loud clanking after a launch... clanking lasted about 2 days
final result = blown motor

Did you check the wiring to the front o2 sensor? May be a long shot but if it got shorted it would blow that fuse, and it could be sending false signals to the ecu, running rich, thus the smoke.

I'm having something simular with my MSP, but I know my turbo is dead and has been pumping oil into the engine under boost. I also have a broken ringland or compression ring (not sure which as I haven't pulled the engine yet, still driving to work). My replacement pistons and turbo are almost here, so i've been cruising. But yes under boost the fuse blew, relaced it and its back to norm.

i've been starting the car every day and running it intil the smoke clears about 5mins after start up i took it for a ride and it seems all right but oil did get in the pistons so i wanna get some seafoam and run it through to clean some out and to tell if mores getting in there
