Need Help! No Reverse

Alright, so starting last night and into most of today Myself and two friends changes the clutch on my car. Some issues with getting s couple bolts out but nothing too bad just time consuming. Got everything changed, put back together and so on. Started it up, Idled fine. Shut it off shifted to first second, third, fourth, fifth, and reverse wait no reverse.

Ok so Basically all gears work perfectly except when I try to shift to reverse its like a wall. doesnt matter if the car is on or off, re attached the shift linkage, all is well. So, what gives. The tranny wasnt taken apart, and wasnt dropped. Any input would be great!

just in case anyone ever comes across this i discovered the washer for the reverse light sensor was missing, this allowed the sensor to sit too far into the transmission and not allow reverse gear to work. BOught new washer for a oil drain plug and placed it on the sensor, and all is good now.
