what is the exact setup of these wheels?

I'm looking for the same stance on a speed 3, and preferably a black/red time attack setup like that.

the offset pictured is a +30

It will take a lot of work to get that on the car.

i'd stick with a +48 for an easy setup, i'm not sure what it takes to put a +30 on a 3
