1990 Miata wheels on 1997 Protege

Hey,
Does anyone know if there are any issues with fitting 1990 14" Miata wheels on a 1997 Protege.
They're both 4x100 and while the Miata wheels may have a slightly different offset I'm thinking they may work on the Protege.
I'm trying to get a set of winter wheels for my son's car.

hmm not sure they should fit though... if u already have them them jus put one on and see how it works-by the way do u have pics of these wheels?

i believe they will fit, some guy on here named prodigy has miata wheels on his 03? protege and they look sweet and only weigh like 9lbs iirc

not sure if he has spacers or anything you could pm him and ask

I haven't purchased the wheels yet......Thinking about it but need to be sure that they will fit before I pay for them. Here is a pic of them.

Yeah....I got them for my son. He's running them with a set of winter tires. These wheels are really lightweight man.....I could not believe how different the car drives with them, compared to the 15"s he runs in summer.

Yea, there made super lite for them cars. There fun to drive lol.
