some weird problems

first problem is on start up, for a split second as the car revs up theres a weird rattle noise,as soon as the rpms come back down its fine

second while im driving it sound like a tractor trailor, idk if its the tires but it sounds like i have a flat it wines bad and increases with speed

one more thing the rattle isnt coming from the exhaust or anything its def coming from the engine its self

do u have a cai? that causes a slight whistling whine b/c of the turbo.

yes i do, but it sound more like the tires almost like it not aligned right

does it pull at all? possible a seperated belt.. that causes a nasty noise

thats the weird thing doesnt pull a bit, its really hard to describe exactly whats going on i feel like an idiot lol

Have you though about a wheel bearing? I've seen it in the past, you think it's something wrong with the tires but it is a messed up bearing....

another thing is my oil smells like gas

im having this same type of problem. ive diagnosed it to my altinator going out. leaves a funny smell + has a whine sound to it until the motor "warms" up for a couple minutes.

Taking mine to mazda as its covered under warranty still...... autozone said the altinator is bad
