I have a sport auto, i know i really wanted a 5spd but this what i ended up with. Anyways, What are my options for making a turbo kit?

1) how much power will tranny hold?

2) ecu to use?

3) I want to run a t3 or t3/t4 what should be my A/R ? .63 h .60 c ?

4) how much power on stock internals?

5) stock MSP injectors?

I really want to do this Cuz Ihave a turbo mustang 4cyl thats about to be sold. My power goals are just like 235hp or around there, for now until I have money to build the engine up. THX for all ur help :)

1. i wouldn't expect the stock tranny to hold more than 8 psi for any long period of time
2. go stand-alone or get a custom map.
3. that depends on so many factors that you should focus on the rest of the build first
4. stock internals should be good to about 8-10 psi which should be enough to double the wheel hp with the right supporting mods.
5. go with a set of 440's minimum. even if you don't use it now, you will grow into them later and it is 100 times safer to run rich than lean.

there was another member that did a complete build after he destroyed his first tranny and he wrote up on the rebuild process. here is the thread. follow this down to the letter and you will have good results.

You also might want to PM bazookajoe. He was kind enough to answer all the questions I had when I was considering turboing an auto.
