I have been doing a lot of research and have found out that out stock suspension would last only about 20,000 miles before it needs replacing on a minor-mild drop like the eibach pro-kit or a 1.3 drop all around in general. I want to hear what your experience was after lowering with your stock suspension. How long did it last after the drop? Did they blow or leak oil? Did they go out before 10k miles. I will be changing out my springs again since i wasn't satisfied with the OEM mazdaspeed springs and want to go lower. I am debating in between skunk2 and progress springs.

I lowered my mz3 with skunk2 springs and got about 2 inches of lowering and the ride is actually better than i thought. Although i haven't had them on very long it has been about 10k miles and i haven't had any problems.

i have probably 35-40k on my stock dampers after lowering with an eibach kit and have no issues... yet. new dampers are my next upgrade as i don't think there is much left but hell 35-40k is pretty impressive honestly
