Hey man, if you want to keep it, get a tube from a bicycle tire. Cut off a section of the tube big enough to cover the inlet and outlet pipes. Then just slide on your piping, tighten it down, and you'll be good to go.

I had the same problem on my SMIC with the stock plastic pipes.

Just don't want you to sell it, and lose money, if it's that easy to fix your problem.

+1 this works. I did this with the aluminum hot pipe when my coupler got stretched. It has been working for a long time.

Great price on the best smic. But you should get the oem intercooler sleeves or do the inner tube trick. Don't sell it and go back to euro spec heat soaker.
