2nd - when i turn my air cond on my gear shifter starts vibrating and the muffler like real bad but when i bring the rpms up just a little it stops then when i turn the air cond off everything is normal again

air conditioning naturally puts more load on the engine and idling somewhat rougher or altered is totally normal. sounds though like you have a broken engine mount, hence the knock sound on fire up and the harsher than normal idle, even with the AC on.

What grade of oil do you use? If you put in non-stock motor mounts that's a side effect of them. Increased vibration at idle will be amplified with the A/C on. Small price to pay for decreased engine movement and better traction. Some mounts amplify more so than others depending on durometer.

i use synthetic mobil 1 and a bit of lucus synthetic stablizer i did my last oil change 3 months agoand added the lucus to the oil to try and get rid of the infamous ticking now it started the knock at start up about a month ago.
the motor mounts, i bought from mazda i think maybe the air cond is using alote of power to make the car shake like that it even makes a zaping kind of noise when i turn it on now is that normal ill record it later and try and put it on this thread if i could figure out how

I also use Mobil 1-10W30 w/o any additives though. If your using a 5W30 you might want to try a thicker viscosity grade to see if that makes start up quieter. As long as the sound goes away quickly once the oil pressure comes up, then you most likely do not have a big problem.

i changed my oil yesterday with 5-30 royal purple syn and added lucus oil stabalizer and it seemed to go away ,maybe i was due for an oil change , how do you get rid of your exhaust shaking around , i just got a new camera trying to figure out how to put movie clips on here to show you how bad the exhaust and shifter shakes

If its knocking at start up..you definately got some wear issues in the motor on one of the bearings...no doubt about it.
