What is the idle like in N?
Auto or Manual?
Sounds like a vacuum leak.
How long ago did oyu chagne the EGR? maybe it isnt seated right?
the list can be long of things it is.
What has changed since it laast ran good?

it idles at 400 after warmup and it a auto with sport shifter....changed the egr like 2 days ago and reset the computer....yeah i know the list is way long....it all started when i made a highway trip like 200 miles....and ever since the bumble bee is just acting weird!!!!! it drive good on the highway but when i come to a stop i throw it in neutral brake and give it some gas or it will stall

start checking all the hoses. A vaccum hose might have came loose. also recheck the EGR. It night have a vaccuum leak which is causing extra air into the combustion chamber and throwing off the air fuel ration which is causing the stalling.
The reason why it would only stall at warm up is becuase extra fuel is being provided when its cold.

Check for vacuum leak at the intake manifold as well.
Idle is low - perhaps inspect the tb to ensure it is closing all the way (not clogged with gunk).
Lastly - seafoam it! Couldn't hurt and it might just help...

nopers, if you've lost compression that much the engine is done...needs a rebuild or you can buy a used block...
