would a cat-back exhuast made for a p5 fit on the sedan? if not, whats the difference?

Nope, It would be too short

the axle-back would be too short and the cat-back is shaped different.

No! The sedan is too long! P5 is the correct length!!

The Axle back would be too short..But the midpipe(cat back) is the same.
