SLS midpipe hangers

Does anyone using this pipe know if you have to change the stock rubber hanger mounts, the hangers on the SLS are shaped differently than the stock cat midpipe? In other words will the SLS hangers mount in the stock rubber mounts.

yes. the hangers are identical.

but i would recommend on getting urethane hangers.

Does anyone with the SLS catless midpipe have rubbing issues on the chassie cross member below the midpipe? I have a MAM catless midpipe and it is touching that crossmember which sends vibrations throughout my car when I downshift or accellerate.

Fix it with a 2lb sledge....take off the cross-member....take hammer....beat the hell out of the area it rubs...re-install and drive quiet..

My MAM catted did the same....

no the sls midpipe puts the cat in the OEM area.

the PG and MAM pipes put the cat right over the crossmember.

I have the stock midpipe, but, i did have vibs on teh dropped heatshield at the shifter with my magnaflow and Corksport exhaust hangers.

Hammer took care of those vibes.

And if that doesn't work, get a bigger hammer. lol
