Hello all, I've been in the market for a lower milage MP5 for a few months now, and I think I may have found one in my area. I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow or Thursday and I was wondering if there are any parts I should give a real good once over. Its a 2003 5 speed with about 45K on the clock. The description doesn't say any more than that, but here are pictures from the ad (I know 2 pictures, real helpful, right?) Thanks!

Ask seller if the VICS/VTCS (intake manifold screw technical service bulletin) has been corrected. check plug wires for cracks, mine went bad at 50,000. Go through the gears, make sure it shifts smoothly. Check for rust on the rear wheel well lips/ around inside of hatch lid. Other than those unlikely to occur items I listed, It's a great car, solid as can be.
