Running lights + fog lights

I've searched, but found no threads about this. Can MS3 fogs be hacked to illuminate with the running lights (and the headlights off)?

I believe there's a solution for the Sport MS3's in the How To section. I haven't seen that it works or that someone has figured out something for the GT's with HID.

**edit** misread your post, I thought you wanted them to be on with ALL lights off, but I gotcha now. As said, you can do it on a sport model but not GT.
