okay, well i have an MP3, but just recently bought a very clean set of MSP RacingHarts (like them better than the mp3s)... but i have plans on getting them powdercoated (i know place that i can get it done for 220 for all 4). it's either bronze, black, or time-attack black w/yellow lip. here's a few rough photoshops, vote for which you think would look best... or give another suggestion!

EDIT: i re-did the black option with much more detail to how it will really look...

A darker, Royal Sport Bronze-type color would complement the yellow well, IMO.

If the stock finish on the MSP wheels isn't messed up, I would just throw them on as is. The silver would look better than those colors IMO.

are they the 02s or 03.5s?

You mean 03 or 03.5s.

flat black looks stupid 90% of the time. It's never done right. Don't do it. Bronze looks good on black/white and blue cars, not on yellow ones. If you can pull off the racing strip look that would look good, but again I have my doubts. So I'm not voting for any of your choices, chances are you're just going to mess up the rims.

I say time attack if you can pull it off good. It all depends on the size of the lip. I did this with my FD's just to goof around and on the 1st wheel had to redo it because the different color lip was too big for my taste.

well, if you would have read my post, you would have seen that i wasn't doing them myself (i would butcher them, and mess them horribly). and i didn't even think about that, i could go either flat black or a glossy black.

Black or silver. Broze doesn't look right. Car needs more balls to pull of the time attack look.

why ruin a clean set of MSP wheels?

why ruin a clean set of MSP wheels?

not sure how getting them professionally powdercoated is exactly ruining them... but, silver looks so bland and boring.

if i wanted to keep them silver, i wouldn't have bought MSP wheels, and would have just kept my mp3 wheels on.

powdercoating is the only way to go

I voted black...the bronze just doesn't look right on yellow.

What are you doing with your MP3 wheels?

i decided to keep these stock, and i'm having them put on in a few days... however, i'm looking to pick up a pair of p5 wheels to get powdercoated black for winter.

Good choice man, I wish all my MSP wheels were still in stock condition :(

I have no choice but to have them repainted.
