I just got 04 mazda 3 gt, the interior is mint ,but the plastic in front of the rpm gauge seems like water damage from the inside, is there any way to clean or fix this. Thanks

buy some plastic scratch remover from either meguiers or mothers and give that a try first. if it's inside, you'll obviously have to take it apart...
