Not sure if anybody has watched this show but 5 teenage couples are given the task of taking care of a baby. I'm posting about this show here b/c all 5 couples were given Mazda5's to drive around in.

I caught a passing glimpse of that should and though I only saw 1 5 as well. There was another van that looked like a Toyota Sienna as well.

I watched about 15 minutes of the show and that was enough for me. I did see a white Mazda5 though

Love the 5s, but don't wanna borrow more babies. I have enough of that fun already, LOL.
Wife will be excited, she lives her people mover too...

Definitely all 5s. But do I get a prize for noticing that they are 2007 5s, NOT 2008's? Also, couldn't quite tell if they are Touring models or Sports with the Popular Equipment package... Bonus for showing the different car seats/combo seats and boosters that all fit nicely in the 5.
Kinda of a dumb show, but then again it's probably better then most sex education these days.

Wife's reaction: "Who the hell borrows their kids for a show to be taken care by teenagers?" (rant) :D
Here is a glimpse of the MZ5s shown (not too much, but hey):

They have cameras set up everywhere in the houses and the actual parents of the 'babies' can watch 24/7. Not to mention they have a 'nanny' in each house who is watching over the entire process who has been told to step in incase of an emergency. Couple that with the camera crew... With that many people watching, that environment is safer than damn near all of our own houses.
This is not just speculation or hear-say either. They explained everything in the very first episode...

^^ Yeah of course, I'm sure is hyper safe, like any of the other TV shows around (i.e. Fear Factor), but try to explain that to wife when is her kid (no) (nailbyt) :D

While I would never give my baby up for an experiment like this...it's going to be fun to watch as the parent of a 6 month old right now.

I believe the show was taped a year ago.

That was my guess. My wife gets the rel prize as an Idaho native figuring out from the license plate where it was filmed.

I'm afraid to say that the prize goes to eilros25, found about this back on Sep 24, 2007 (eek2)
It looks like NBC renamed the show The Baby Borrowers :

Yup, looked like from a cul-de-sac view that they all have MZ5s. Had to laugh at last night's episode though with the toddlers...especially the one who relieved himself on the couch. What makes it bizarre though is having to parent pre-teens and then senior citizens. Not even many of the parents who gave up babies or toddlers for the first few episodes have had to do that yet...
However, after seeing the show last night, I'm sure glad that there's no possibility of returning to the terrible two's (2thumbs):D

i hated this show from the moment i saw it. those kids are idiots.probably because they are kids lol. Everyone gotta learn sometime. I'm sure if someone filmed us the first few nights with our kids, people with more experience would say we were idiots. Giv'em a break. This is gonna show them that they, and millions of other dumb asses like them, aren't ready for the aftermath of sex lol.

(lol2), I have not seen them filming, but the in-laws fit the description very well to tell you what an idiot you are :D.
Besides, if I had somebody filming, would rip the camera off its hands and pull it to help with changing the soiled diaper... "WTF?, stop taping and come and help, also, smell this..." (laugh)
