This may sound like a stupid question, but is the mazda protege 5 front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper the same as the mazdaspeed proteges front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper ?

rear bumpers are completely different
side skirts are exactly the same
front bumpers are not exactly the same, but exceptionally close - protege5 has side markers on the bumper, while the msp does not

nope, all pro5's came with those bumper markers, because they are required by the DOT. since the sedan has them in the headlight assembly and the pro5 doesn't, the pro5 needs them on the bumper.

Eh, I don't really like that one.. you also have to watch where you get it from. I bought some side skirts once and they were cut in a wavy motion rather than straight, and they wouldn't have lined up right without some help. When you modify, you gotta be prepared to modify.

I had that problem. I bought my bc2 kit from extreme dimensions and the skirts were cut good on one side but real short and wavy on the other side.

the buddyclub2 kit i got was fine... just sold it..

but i have learned that VIS kits aren't that great... they may make great hoods but their kits need HEAVY MODIFYING... more than the common person could do at home... we're talking professional help.

Add extreme dimensions to that list.

My shit fit almost perfect on one side and shitty on the other. It's like two ppl made it.

which sucks lol...I love the P5 bumpers but hate the stupid sidemarkers on them

MSP, MP3 or P5 have the exact same bumper except the P5 have the side markers. It's just a cut out hole with plastic over it.
