Question for those with the Cargo Cover.

Is it strong enough to set anything on top of it? If so how much weight do you think it could handle without damaging? Thanks.

You can't place anything heavy on the top of the cargo cover for long term or while driving because it will sag or stretch the material.

While I unload stuff, I can place small bags of groceries (up to 5-7 lbs) for about 10 seconds while I reach in and grab more stuff.

Nope, since it is made from a vinyl material and operates like a retractable home window shade, it is not supportive. That being said, the crossbar that the cargo cover retracts into does offer some support.
