Anyone Know What This Wire Is For?

I fried a wire :(

See Attachments for a larger picture... Its a black wire with a white stripe. Tried tracing to where it went but requires me to unravel the whole engine harness. I did trace it from the where the wire starts in the picture all the way till the loom splits into a "Y". It's burnt all the way.

yea i tried searching the manual... can't seem to find it...
nah car seems to be running fine... i was just wondering what it was for so if something blows up... I know why :(

its a ground wire! cut the plastic covering off the engine harness and replace it!
