Well I know this might sound kinda silly but does anyone else think that our shift boot looks like an old mans nut sack after installation of the TWM SS? I mean there's a lot of sag there and to make matters worse the stock shifter looks like a short cock :( - This isn't good.

- What have you guys done about this?

I'm sorry you were referencing old men, and genitalia. It was the 1st thing that came to mind.

Anyway. Maybe you could make a smaller boot, or trim some of the material?

I think our emergency brake handle looks cheap. I wish there was an attractive alternative. Maybe a black carbon fiber piece.

I see a shifter, you see a cock, hmmmmm. Maybe just maybe, you might have some personal issues?? :)

You can shorten the stock boot by trimming it, when you take out the boot/plastic part you will know what to do. Pull it through basically and trim to your desired length.

I will never look at my shifter boot the same again. Thanks MS3077. :)

I have ordered from Redlinegoods before and their stuff is top notch. I'll eventually get their shifter boot, brake boot and maybe the armrest cover eventually.

+1 that it looks cheap, -1 that it needs carbon fiber.

if you trim the boot much, you will be buying a new one anyways. the boot is tapered and will get narrower when it is trimmed. i learned this the hard way and ended up waiting 2 weeks on my new boot to be delivered (i was without a boot completely during that time). you can order a new one from redline. their boots are awesome and you can adjust the shifter height when you order.
