Greddy full auto turbo timer

Can somebody with this tt please tell me if it unlocks the doors when it shuts off the engine. I don't feel like installing it if this happens. My one buddy had some kind of tt on his subi and he would just walk away with the engine cooling down and it wouldn't unlock his doors

I have one on my car and it does not unlock the doors. It just counts down and turns the car off. I can lock the doors and walk away without it unlocking the doors or turning the alarm off.

Awesome, thanks alot for the reply. I've been holding off doing this because of that reason. Was it a pretty simple install? I'm gonna go with the instructions one guy posted on how to do. I'm gonna go get me some soder tonight. Appreciate it

I too used the HOW TO thread about it. It is exactly how he says with the same wires to tap into.

I am not a fan or soldering things. makes the car smell like shit. So I used wire splicers and crimped them shut and they work fine

nope no door unlocking. you can lock the doors with the key or from inside but the fob for the alarm wont work till the countdown is done. usually i lock it as me and my wife get out from the door switch. then we start walking(i park far and away from cars so its a good walk) and then use the fob to lock them as i get closer to my destination. the only weird thing mine does is turn off the radio when its counting down, but the a/c stays on. no biggie at least i dont miss 1 min of the cd i am listening to everytime.
