Missing wheel center cap

Noticed one of my wheels was missing a center cap today. I'm gonna pick up the all weather mats, so I went ahead and asked the local dealer if they can replace these too and told me it was $9. Just out of curiosity, anyone know if this should be covered under warranty?

i sure dont but since ur gettin all weather mats what ya gonna do with the stock mats? im missing the passenger mazdaspeed3 mat and ill buy it off ya :D
