A sad day for my MSP

hey everybody I haven't been on the forums in a while just cuz I've been trying to fix my tranny for way back when and I finally did it I got some customs 3rd and 4th gears from across the waters and I cryo treated them so 1 through 4 is all strong and good and I just finished it just a couple weeks ago and I broke it in and its all good and I even dynoed it last weekend and did 297 whp at 10 psi on a t28 so it aint bad and I'll post the dyno cuz some of yall probably aint gonna believe it but today my motor wouldnt even turn over so I look at the battery and its good so I look at the started and it was literally melted so I changed it out and it started to crank but it wouldnt cut on so I look under it and I realized I blew the motor so I' pissed off bout that. so I decided not to fix it and I dont know what to do with it

I think that my only choice but the thing is there was a lot of effert thats been put into this car to see it go like that

Been there mang... kind of get in pissed off spells because of it. I take it as a learning curve with this car. I learn from my mistakes and next time do things different. Good luck to you.

sucks man I sorry to hear the bad news. You said you looked under and you saw you blew your motor. Is there A hole in the block or something ?

I was fully built everything was touched in the motor yea theres a whole in the block, all my power was motor cuz I was only running 10 psi and putting down 300 to the wheels, and also this is my first blown motor in any car I ever had so it shocked me.

just blew my motor the other day and man do i feel your pain! but know its off to my pocket book for the financial addiction that is msp! this car cost me more than a women! lol no affence ladies!

can always get a new motor, if you have the fortitude and money perhaps first ever rotary msp? dont know if that would even work just think that would kick ass!

TurbomanProtege I have news for you if you want to rebuild your car! I have a free short block for you! The block was given to me due to a spun bearing. So if you can make your way upto jacksonville you can have it.

Your welcome. If you change your mind let me know. Right now its between you and tweetyspeed if you guys want the block. I got it with the intention of buidling it up but that wont happen for me.
