I've never seen a matte black Protege before. Looks pretty good actually in my opinion. Definitely has that rugged offroading look to it. Hmmmm...

lol, im actually in the process of smoothing out the paint job too. i didnt like how it was kinda heavy in spots so im taking a different approach this time around...and im ditching the tein stickers.

the pretty much finished product.

i had to repaint it cause it looked kinda like crap. i used a different technique to smoothly apply the paint instead of it being heavy in some spots. i think it looks a 100x better:D

Hate the wheels, the flat black looks pretty rad IMO. Gives it that sleeper look.

idk its different...whats with the roof though? why didnt u spray that atleast to make it match, also are the hood pins really needed? and something with the grill and wheels needs to be done. the 03.5 wing looks weird without any of the lips..but i guess its all in what you like. Welcome back to the forums atleast

the wheels will hopefully be replaced with 16" slipstreams. my step father, when he had the car put those on)...i agree...pretty corny. im actually working something out on the speed lips and front and im just too lazy to do the roof, lol...but it will get done eventually.

as for the hood pins, they are needed and functional. my hood latch is busted.

thanks for the welcome back!

I actually like the wing w/o the rest of the kit.

I like it. Those are 15 inch wheels right? I think going to the 16's is the right choice and slips are very light. I was thinking of putting the MSP wing on to replace my stock wing, and now I'm sold.

theyre 14's actually. it sucks too cause i just got tires for them but i couldnt wait to get wheels, the tires that were on there were gettin pretty bad.

thanks for the comments!!!

car looks kool. if you get the rota rims, that'd be nice. you should get a grill and front lip like this dudes car.

I think Rota makes a good variety of wheels, knock offs or not. But I like the Konigs better, in particular the Helium. Superlight.

Hey
Sk8ter05,

Are you running 17's? I got some 17" Racing Harts but have yet to put them on. Your wheel size looks pretty nice.
