I haven't made an actual introduction thread even though I've been here for a while so I thought I might as well do one now. My name is John and I own a red 1999 Mazda Protege lx. This is my first car and I got it just about a year ago and I love it. It actually has quite a bit done to it already, some things I'm still not sure about because the previous owner did most of it.

I am planning on painted the center of my hood black and have it flow into the grill. I'm not going to do anything suspension wise because 1) it's out of my price range 2) the roads around here are god-awful. I might tint my tail lights as well.
Well here's some pictures, all of these cars on this forum are so sexy and I know I'm not really in that league right now but I don't think it's bad for me buying it myself.
The first is the earliest picture I had, I did not like the headlights on it. So I got the blacked out euro headlights and also painted my rims black to get a little black and red theme going. And I also added a Mazda emblem because I was tired of people thinking my car was a Civic. :mad: The rest are pictures as of yesterday (after a good waxing...haha). Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated!
