Hey folks, raserx here. I just bought myself a 2002 P5 & I'm lovin' it so far. My Mustang GT wasnt cutting it as a DD anymore so I wanted something that had some fun,utility and good gas mileage without another car payment. I think I hit my target. It is all stock except for some toyo proxes4 tires. First thing on my list is that shifter. It's gotta go. I'm finding some great info here about aftermarket parts & look foward to more mods.

This is going to be my DD. I'm going to change the shifter right off, switch to synthetic fluids. No lowering though, it's got to go through snow! So far, I'm diggin' the 30 mpg vs. 15 mpg for the GT!

Welcome....you can still lower it and go through the snow. You just got to get some snow tires.

I have seen video of a lowered and turbo'd P5 plowing a driveway! :)
