Grinding noise???

ok im dont know much about cars but today my mazda after 5 years gave me its 1st problem. It about at 135,000 when i turn the car on it makes a grinding noise and when i accelerate it gets loader. any suggestings please. Thank you

i think i might have pin poited the source i took off bellts and still a noise thats when i seen that the left bolt on what looks to be a Harmonic blancer was not tight and hit the pull. how should i fix this just screw it back on or do i need to line up something.

the harmonic balancer is going to be a little loose, it just sets between the crank pulley and the engine block. there is nothing holding this thing on except the 4 10 mm bolts that hold the crank pulley on.
