Ive had the forge Bov for about 3 months now..and ive just started to notice that when at a cruise the vac jumps up and down and that my car wants to hesitate really bad unless I floor it or give it more gas? Now would changing the spring to the blue or green be beneficial here or do i have a different problem?

Check to make sure that the secondary spring is ok.

my forge bov does not blow off at all, it is performing the same as my bypass valve and sound nothing like a blowoff valve. I have tried the black and the green spring (currently in bov) no matter what i have the turkey noise

hook it up to the brake booster. you are stalling because you are not recirculating

you, that vac source isnt strong enough to open the valve fast enough to let out the air so you still get turkey. hook it up to the brake booster line. that is the strongest vac source so it will open the valve faster thus resulting in the air let out faster so no more turkey. now you can run a straight line from your wga to your manifold. the only times that i get turkey and when im slammin it and its just barely noticeable and it only happens like once

thanks but i think i am gonna sell the bov and buy the boostsciences Rdv and run the rdv only with larger fittings on the intake and hotpipe

cut the silicone hose down and the bov will work properly

i have a forge bov too and the same thing happened to me but when i installed my hard pipes i cut the hose down because if you think about how close a greddy or hks, it is literally welded to the cold pipe samething would apply to the forge bov on the hot pipe shorten the hose and the bov will blow
