rear struts...

i asked this in the wrong thread earlier, im new to this forum, but i just bought an 03 msp, and i can hear a knocking sound coming from the rear when i go over any bump or speed bumps...should i just get the rear struts replaced or could it be something else minor that it could be? appreciate any help

That my friend is the famous MSP Clunk. It is caused by the rear sway bar bushings being bad. I have the Cluck Fix Bracket by AXR. The stock bushings are located almost in the center of the car, the Clunk Fix Bracket relocates the bushings towards the outside of the car. The last I knew the guy wasn't making them anymore though. Use the SEARCH button and you might able to find more info on it to see if theres anymore around. And welcome to the forums!!!
