i read a few forums about your exhaust size. some say its 1.75", others say 2.25"...which is it?(screwy), and is the stock size ok for modding?

Most of the piping from the cat back is 2.25". However, all the way up front (J-pipe and midpipe area), it does neck down pretty bad, I'd say 1.75-2" at most.

For turbo cars. 3in is probably the best choice. But i got the corksport 2.4 and i like it.

2.5 is more than enough for the power most us are gonna make.

i have a 3.0 inch all the way to the pre-cat. sounds deep like a wrx but bakc fires when down shifting like a srt-4. im thinking of a silencer.

Most people chose 2.4 to 3.0 and it really doesn't matter on this choice with our turbo. If you plan on forging the motor and going with a bigger turbo get a 3'' if not 2.4'' is perfectly fine. Cork-Sport sells a good exhuast for a cheap price.
