Help! Eclip not working

Okay so I replacing my wastegate actuator. Im attempting to do this without remove the manifold. The only thing stopping me is the damn eclip. I cant get it back on for the life of me.

Does anyone have and advice, tricks, or alternatives. Cause I'm kinda screwed right now.
