All - I picked up the Mother's CLAY BAR kit and I can't say enough about it. I had all these rust spots (on top of the paint) from the rail train track metal dust..etc. It took it right out. Another thingsit took out was

a) I had put up a little hanging rubber ducky and used a screw to attach it, long story dont' ask me why, anyways it helped with how deep I could back the Mazda 5 into the garage..etc. everytime I backed it up, the screw head would scratch the top of the roof of the car.... so I tried the clay bar on it and it worked!!!, I then tried all other paint scratches and it took it all off

I suggest buying this product, it works wonders!!!!!.

I have been a huge clay bar advocate for about a decade now and it never ceases to amaze me how useful they really are. I still don't know how it really works, but it does and that is what matters the most.

So you're saying you can "clay bar" out scratches? Mine is the dark blue color, and it seems to have scratches EVERYWHERE.

you cant clay out scratches. you can remove paint transfer, but not scratches.

scratches are valleys in the clearcoat.
