So in any case, I was thinking: I was going with the flow of traffic, he decided my decently quick red car was the lucky winner. I figured I needed to do something about it. My solution?

First things first, getting rid of the dealership emblem and license plate frames. Tint is next, maybe wheels (though the stockers are growing on me). Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with the way it is.

intake (175)
rear motor mount (40-120)

I got tint and wheels pretty easy but thats just personal preference. blacking out the mazda emblems looks good on a red car.

Thanks for the compliments, fellas. True Red was definitely my first choice, but then I saw Metro Gray in person and started to second guess myself. Beautiful color, shows green and blue depending on the light. Was set on a Sport because of the price, but it wasn't much cheaper than a GT after negotiating.

Keep in mind, white carries a $200 premium called a "pearl charge" over the other colors. I liked white when I saw it in person, just not over red... and definitely not $200 over red.

I got the car for ~$22,400 (before freight and TTL). Put $9,300 down, financing the rest. I feel pretty confident I made a good deal since I got the exact color and trim that I wanted.

no offense but for some reason all the 08.5's interiors look dirty.

The black cloth on the seats have a dusty and dirty look. Thats just my opinion.

Trust me, it's my crappy photography skills. lawl. The Alcantara inserts on the seats and door panels look and feel fantastic in person. It's supposed to resemble suede, so the "dirt" is just the grain pushed in diff directions.

The piano black trim and the HVAC knobs pick up fingerprints and dust like crazy, though...

Alcantra is like suede, so I am not sure what you were expecting of black alcantra but it looks like suede to me.

BTW, the Alcantara looks fine but it is too bad that it's not used for the entire seat.
The leather is out of place and looks like cheap vinyl.

Yup, still in Ala-in-cest-is-best-bama. I live in Madison, so I'm about an hour-and-a-half from Nashville and 3 hours from Knoxville.
