I have a 2001 protege es i have gutted the cat on it and capped of the egr port on the manifold. It ran fine for about 20,000 miles like this with only 1 code for low catalyst temp. a few days ago it started to sputter and not want to pull away from a stop or almost stop and threw a random misfire and bad o2 sensor bank 1. I have since replaced o2 sensor and both coils and plugs and wires. Th problem seemed to be fixed and back to just low catalyst temp code yet problem still is there every once in a while and a new code p0660 something about an intake solenoid can anyone shed any light on this for me

that is weird it sounds like the system is getting clogged or something, or maybe the computer randomly gets confused and then readjust to make up for the modifications.

the p0660 code has not returned yet I am still having problems with little or almost no power every now and then after start up (warm starts) the tack will go up to 4500rpm or higher and still will only pull around 40mph let off the gas for a few seconds and the problem goes away Any ideas I'm pulling my Hair out.
