Shifting/Clutch Problem????

I had this problem, then it evolved into a little bit of a "catching" when shifting into third. Eventually it turned into a full grind when going into 3rd. I changed the gear oil, and shift into third at about 25 mph. That fixed the problem. I also changed my driving style to shift into 1st when in a very slight roll and sitting with it in gear.
I had a little bit of the same problem, I just opened the door, stuck my foot out, pushed back a little and it would go into 1st.
Someone may know the answer to these, but sounds a lot like our synchros may be going out. But subbin for a response!
