New design egr valve

Does anyone know how to install the new type egr valve – the one with the shield, hoses…???

Do you have one? If so a pic or 2 would be real nice. I've got an EGR cel right now...

There is some new rerouting of some of the hoses, and there is an extra vacuum line one that snakes under the battery and just points down into the body.

I'm pretty sure I have the new one installed, came in a HUGE a$$ kit with a 10 page book. I never saw them install it, I was in such a hurry that day cuz I was like 4 hours late for work.

Did your set not come with the instruction manual? Oh, and be prepared, it will take a few hours to do.

new egr valve???? I've had mine replaced before...

how new is new? when did this "new" model come out?

egr takes about half an hour to 45 mins to take apart, clean and put back (with lots of patience)

My new EGR from AutoZone now includes a metal shroud and installed the same way as the old one. Am I missing something?
