my friend has a 2000 protege lx and wants to know if 35 offset rims will fit? i havent really done much research about rims and offset myself so i wouldnt know off top my head.

what are the other specs? wheel size? tire size?

yeah, a 35 offset 17x8 is way different than a 35 offset 14x5.5 lol
okay to my understanding, they're 16 x 8 +35 offset with a 3" lip

there's NO way a 16x8 +35 is going to fit the protege

well, without rubbing, that is. my wheels are 16x8 +50, with 3mm spacers - so, i guess they would really be +47... going out to a +35 would put them out past the fenders.
