I ordered a corksport test-pipe from these guys like a month ago and it's still on backorder apparently. they said they would be getting more in this week because the last shipment didn't fulfill all the backorders but they still haven't shipped it yet. at least they didn't charge me yet though. anyone else still waiting on their testpipe?

CS's stuff is always on backorder. I would always call PG before you buy something to check if it's in stock.

edit: nm looks like you did. I'm guessing they just havnt got them in yet

I'm waiting for one too. I got an email form them saying they'd be back in stock in June.

I may go the $30 muffler shop route instead.

seems like all exhaust stuff from a lot of different vendors are on backorder... I know the Turbo XS TBE is on backorder with a lot of different vendors.

I had the Corksport RP and CB on back order for awhile. My RP came in a few weeks ago. I had emailed CS about something, and I asked about the RP's. They confirmed that they had a shipment coming in (this was last month I think). I notified PG and let them know. And they grabbed what they could. But I don't think it was enough to fullfill the back orders that they had. I still have my CB on back order through PG. I think it will be end of May or June before more come in. PG is doing what they can. But in the end it comes down to CS and what they can get out to meet the demand. Be patient grasshopper! :D I have the DP as well. They are all very nice pieces!

yeah I can wait, I want a quality product. I just wanted some input to see if anyone else received their test-pipe yet. seems like it's an issue with CS then, so I'll just be patient.

I was going to get a corksport but because of the backorder I got a CP-E downpipe from Protoge Garage which covers the downpipe and midpipe.

As someone stated earlier, this is more likely a Corksport issue. Corksport puts out some exceptional products, but their logistics need a lot of improvement. I guess this is understandable for a small company who targets a niche market.

How much logic is there to flood the market with their pipes? If you keep the supply low(er), you will never need to worry about have parts sitting around having money tied up in them.

They are small, I think there is only 3 guys there (Ive only seen 3 the few times Ive been there).

All I have to say is Protege garage, with Ken an all the other guys there are prolly the best customer service i have delt with, when it comes to getting anything online. If you want something asap, before you go into mod mode and expect something, you should call or email first to see if they have it in stock. They are honest guys, an ken will do everything in his power to answer all your questions and help you out anyway possible. You must understand though, because there one of main vendors for us, they are pretty much always busy so, if they cant get back to you as soon as you like, be patient. Im only sayin this because im all the way out in hawaii, an before i destroyed my ankle, i made a pretty large order through ken at pg on the website, and within 5 min of paying with paypal, i got a phone call from ken, telling me that the corksport system was not avail, so i told him i need something by 5-10 days. He gave me the cpe system, and they do everything they can to help with shipping. Well i got the stuff 1 week, but had to cancel the rest cause medical problem, but pg still had the patients to help me out, an not charge me for the refund. PG FTMFW

i placed my order for CS RP and CS CB on 03/08/08 i ended up getting my RP 05/08/08 still waiting on CB kenn offered me an out of that order but im still wanting to finnish it up all corksport i already have the DP. if your havving problems i would send ken an emil on this forum
