H&R Springs for Mazda6

I autocross my mazdaspeed6 and was wondering about the H&R springs. I wanted to hear from people who actually use the springs on track or autocross and not just daily driving. I know someone who is selling a set that are for mazda6i not speed6 (heavier). They used it in their speed6. I didn't know if the ones for the 6i and ms6 are the same (spring rate). I see tripoint sell the same springs they have. I was wondering whether they will produce rub at a higher g turn. They seem to sit pretty low. I just wanna know before purchasing.
