rim size question need help???

Ok I've tried searching but haven't found anything. I wanna get a set of Rota boosts and I want a set thats wider than stock, but they don't make the boosts in a 7.5 wide do they? If not, I want to get a set of 17X8, but I was wondering if I would need to do any rolling to make them fit with no rubbing?

The front should be fine, I needed spacers for an 8 inch rim to not hit the strut tower. The back was the opposite, i couldnt roll the fenders enough to make it not rub. Had to put a little camber on them to fit. Its some work but it will work.
