M3 Axle Removal

I am removing the driver's side axle on a 04 M3S. Do you pop the axle from the transaxle with a prybar similar to a Honda or is there another trick? I got the R/S axle out (the long one with the engine support) without any problem. The L/S does not want to come. Any tricks out there or should I just get a bigger pry bar? Thanks. M3JBA

Theree's no trick to getting the axel out on the L/s is a bigger prybar and maybe some wd-40 pb blaster. They tend to get a lot of rust and the snap ring is really tight which is the reason why it's so hard to remove. good luck
