How to change temp. displays from F to C?

I live in canada and up here we use degree C, but my truck is delivered with degree F. Is it possible to change it to degree C?

there should be a button to display the OUTSIDE temperature.. push this button until the display toggles from F to C.

Push the outside temp display button and hold it in until it switches.
