Fix flutter??

Just installed my cobb sri, only other mod is turbo xs 50/50. At WOT (or close to WOT) when I let off I hear flutter (compressor surge?). Never had this issue with the stock intake....

1. Is this the "turkey" everyone talks about?

2. How bad is it for the motor/turbo?

3. I am running 4 washer, will increasing or decreasing fix this?

4. Is there an easy fix (aka can put back to stock if needed)?

I appreciate all the help. This forum continues to impress me. When I have time on saturday I'm going to take pictures and post up sound clips... of course not in this post, in a new one ;)

you prolly need to soften the BOV release, it seems to be holding to much.. so try taking out a washer or 2..

Installed the intake and did my test drive right before my post last night. This morning drove to work in the same condition.... can't get it to flutter. If I hear it again I will remove a washer or two and see if it makes a difference. Car was completely warmed up before any boost was seen, btw.

Any ideas??????
