Do you have a link for the NC mazda boards or is it a sub forum here?

Thanks you! To be honest I am not sure if they will fit a protege or not. I will do some research and find out for you though :)

yeah i think most 18" wheels people use for proteges are 7.5" wide.

but those really are sweet looking wheels, i'd love to have a set like that.

8' should fit with the right offset and tire... but it would be a very tight fit

rx8 stockers are 18X8 and fit pro's but the offset is a lil higher I think. So its gonna be close. You could prob space 3-5mm and be good. Please someone with a pro buy these. I wanna see em.

My bad, so if anything the wheels without spacing might be a tight fit. If a 7.5 inch wide wheel with a 48 offset is supposedly the preffered fitment for a aftermarket wheel on a pro, then a half inch wider wheel would sit pretty flush with the fender. You might need to roll your fenders if your lowered but it could look nice.

Its said the RX8 18x8 wheels in 50mm offset need a small spacer to clear the struts in the rear so these wheels should fit great without a spacer. I'm sure fender rolling is 100% required though. I'd love these for my Crown Vic, perfect offset with nice beefy 255/45/18's mmm wait trying to sell it... must resist.
